Service/staff are excellent, helpful-(always about to help you also)& friendly but products not always there, especially when offers are on the shelf can be empty for 3 days so people are not getting the full advantage of the offer because it's not there to buy-more stock needs ordering or sending to the shops so more customers get the advantage I shop there 2-3 times a week & enjoy the experience. I buy 3 things if they're on offer because I know there's a good chance it won't be in the next time I visit the store-I look at the date when the offer is ending & then if it's in before the offer ends then I buy more a couple more than I normally would obviously!!

People queuing up waiting to be served tonight, whilst a member of staff was stood around the corner talking to her friend. 🤷‍♀️ Not good, especially when I have just finished a busy shift at work and just want to go home.

I used to use this store often as it's very convenient for me but since refurbished there are no hooks outside to tie up a dog so I tend to use Tesco Extra.
