I ordered groceries from this store through the Just Eat app and paid for all the items. However, 5 products were missing from my order! The receipt clearly lists all the items I purchased and paid for but didn’t receive. Nobody informed me that these items wouldn’t be delivered, yet I was charged for them. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

This Coop has gone downhill since the new manager took over. It used to be such a happy place. There is now only one pull along basket, so it makes shopping difficult if you are older, or have a bad back. When I raised the topic, she blamed it all on shoplifters, and said baskets were on order. If so, they have been on order for a very long time!
She seems to stay round the back, leaving one member of staff out front to staff the till and help customers. This on a Saturday, when there are many customers queueing! She was extremely unpleasant when I raised the basket issue with her. I suspect that the shop will loose customers as a result. I certainly will not be returning.

The staff at the store are amazing. My son and I walk over to stretch our legs. He loves running around and loves the attention he gets in the store. Was telling the person at the till that he was getting a lollipop and they handed it to him. Thanks for always making my sons day.

The shop is immaculate with all the rows of shelves set out in a nice, easy to find what you want, organised way. The store is clean and spotless and the staff are helpful and polite, there's nothing that they won't do for the customers if they can do it then they will. The range of food, drinks and other items you would get at most convenience is extensive and I find reasonably priced they've always got offers for deals and bargains going on and I enjoy reading their little magazines which have offers and some wicked recipe ideas that I always have to try! Also the opening times for the shop are good open up until 2300 hrs every day. Keep up the good work at Queens Drive peeps! 😊👍👌

All the staff in this shop give A1 service. They learn your name. Always ready to chat to you. It's makes the shopping experience so much nicer.
Your other stores can certainly learn a lot from the team in Queens Drive.
They should be looked at as your dream team ❤️

This is my local Co-Op and i regularly use it. There are always enough staff in to cope with purchases. Always seems well stocked and the workers are friendly.

Delivered a empty box instead of a product through uber eats.
Either the staff or the uber driver stole my product.
I expect a refund.
Co-Op through uber eats have messed up 2/5 of my orders.

Literal robots operate this co-op and I'm all for it. It won't be long before robots operate the till and stock the shelves.
It was a very fascinating experience, I have never seen anything like it
