Absolutely disgusting attitude and service from Shelley and Glynn. A complaint has been made to the head office. I wanted to purchase a reduced item from the reduction section. Glynn aggressively snatched the item from my hand and claimed it was out of date. The item was fresh and was not out of date at all as I could see the packaging. I found the staff very aggressive over a packet of peppers. It was clear they simply did not want to sell the item due to the reduction. Avoid at all costs.

Stood a good 5 minutes at the self service waiting for someone to even acknowledge me and allow me to proceed with the shopping, yet they kept ignoring and serving other customers. I’ve worked retail for years and it really isn’t that difficult to do these things. The shop is understaffed and far from the service you’d expect at the most basic level.

Lovely staff. Great selection of food for special diets, like gluten free, dairy free and vegan. Best in town. Always have some special offers on that are worth a look. Sells Burgen bread.

My favourite store in Bingley just let me down. I tried to do some online shopping but the website directed me to other delivery apps. I tried those but they could not find my address from my postcode! I telephoned The store and asked if this was the Bingley store. Was met with a giggling young man who passed me on to Joshua. He thought that delivery had stopped because some members of staff had left. When I explained the problems I was having with the website and how disappointed I was with the Co-op he said that he was not the Co-op , he was Joshua , and said ‘have a good night’ and hung up.

My experience here today was same as usual the store is now very quiet and only one till open all people seem to buy is small amounts of food that they can't get at the new store and their lottery and smoking stuff not the full shop they used to buy the prices are still higher than the other stores near to them not competitive at all so maybe we won't have them at all when Lidle open we can only watch and see

Handy supermarket in a great little shopping centre. Co-op has a cash machine, bigger than a local type shop but not a large supermarket. Car park at rear 50p for an hour which you can reclaim when you pay for shopping.

Great coop. If you like good quality home grown food and the coop ethos of supporting local communities then shop here. I fear recent cut price supermarkets in bingley will drive this out of business like elsewhere
