Unhelpful staff, more concerned with deliveries than serving customers. Shelves hardly ever full, even though the aisles always seem to be blocked by supply trollies and staff members. Used to be a great local store with really fantastic staff. Last couple of years this store as deteriorated.

Great store, nice selection, most of staff are nice, expect 1 rude staff member.
And sometimes you'll be left waiting, queuing while they stock up because they only seem to have one person working at times

They never have a good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Lettuce, strawberries and blueberries are constantly sold out.

A wave of new staff took over end of last year; has not been the same since. Some members have a laid back approach and won't move out of the customers way when restocking shelves. I've seen the same customer on multiple occasions have trouble getting gas/electric for meters; I've had the same issue and now avoid the Co-op. Sad because there were some great people working there!

Nice little Co-op: well situated, stocked and staffed. There are some lovely folks who work here, who make any visit very pleasant. Mostly. Unfortunately there is one member of staff who is less than polite. There have been times when I've witnessed her being asked to assist on the tills for her then to openly announce her displeasure at having to do so. At other times I've had to avoid stock trolleys pushed so aggressively my shins winced as I darted out of harms way. I get it retail isn't fun, but I'm not sure forcing your misery on the customers will make it any better.

Great local shop with a fair amount of merchandise providing all the basics.
The staff are delightful
The one way system is challenged by the fact it only has three aisles and two are adjacent head in the same direction which can cause a little bit of congestion.
