Handu local shop and all the staff are very friendly

I went into this coop to purchase 2 meal deals for myself and my wife, I asked the staff member what was included and he couldn't tell me so I went for those marked or so I thought. The overweight elderly scruffy member of staff with glasses ( for description purpose, no insult intended) tried to charge me over £12, when it should gave been £9. I pointed this out and he proceeded to shout at me very loudly pretty much stating I was being thick ! He could easily have started a fight....This is no way to run a shop, I certainly won't go back....well done coop.

Went to put some electricity credit vouchers on my mother's electric key and my friend's key as they are both in isolation due to illnesses. Handed them over and expected them to know what they were doing (big mistake !). Returned to find no money on each key when put into meter. Returned yet again to store and found person that had been present when process had been done. Was amazed when I got the response that they had done all they could and we're not familiar with the credit vouchers. I suggest more training so people know what they are doing!

I was served by a young female on Saturday afternoon, such a surley retail person l have met in a long time, l think a retail course in customer service is needed. Apart from that the store is a good place.
