Walking in I was surprised by how empty the store was. It'd mid day and there are more staff than customers.

It's only when you start looking at the prices you can see why. £6 for a 10" pizza but reduced for clearance makes it £4 (rounding the figures to the closest pound). Compare that to Asda where you can get 2x 10" pizza and a bottle of coke for £6 and the pizzas are create your own. In co op they also had a big display advertising pot noodles but you advertise them for £1.40 when farm foods have the same ones for 45p. Your Terry's Chocolate Oranges which you have reduced from £2 to £1.50 but other supermarkets have them reduced to £1 for Christmas. I could go on.

It makes it difficult when you have the co op app with money off items that it still makes them more expensive with the discounts.

I know it's not this shop fault and it's a national issue but you are selling budget items for premium prices

Handy supermarket, doesn't have as much range as a supermarket "in town" but does stock the things you need.

Often queues at the kiosk as the big tills aren't usually open, but if you have more than a basket full they will open a till for you.

Staff are generally cheerful & helpful.

Disabled & parent/child parking isn't near to the doors used to enter & leave the store, but parking is free.

They have a cashpoint (free to use) and Amazon Lockers.

No customer toilets but we've used staff ones when our children were "caught short".

The other day my husband and I went in this store, we couldn't find what we wanted. I found aa member of staff and this young lady couldn't have been more helpful, she even opened up a till for us to complete our purchase.
The young lady had her name badge on which said her name was Patty. This young lady is a total credit to herself, her parents and is definitely a big asset for the co-op.

A very large Co-op with all the usual stock. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is always well stocked with the odd bargin or two to be had. Cash and cards payments accepted including contactless. Never have to wait to long to be served. An ATM on site is good for that last minute cash in hand if required. Plenty of free parking.
