Usually pretty good, but today I am very annoyed. Arrived at 9:58 p.m. to get a missing ingredient to find the store closed. The signs on the door says the store closes at 11 p.m. however they didn't even wait until 10 p.m. to lock the door. If the store closes at 10 p.m. a customer arriving at 9:58 p.m. can easily pick up one item and be out by closing time. Have had to make a longer journey as my local convenience store wasn't convenient.

Absolutely clueless second time I have tried to drop a evri parcel there and still problems
Insisted I should have printed the label for amazon return even though I'm showing them it says I only need to scan the barcode
I will never bother even walking in to this shop again

The co op is a handy place to go get your midweek shopping bits but avoid in a morning , unfortunately they do not employ enough staff so the tills are always left unsupervised so enroute to work you are left stood waiting for sometimes up to five minutes for a member of staff to stop filling the shelves and serve the customers , this causes people to become frustrated and annoyed before they have even begun there day as well as making some people late for work , really is unacceptable , not the staffs fault , it’s the management not employing enough staff to cover all bases !!!!
