Convenient right in the estate, open 7am to 11pm. Dpd and amazon collection point. Deliveroo, uber eats, just eat and coop delivery. Cash machine. Costa coffee express machine. In store fresh bakery.

Went in to grab a basket full of stuff.. had to ask politely for the basket (I know they have to hide the baskets because of the theft) but was greeted with the rudest lady huffing at me for asking and barking with me the reason why. She definitely needs to work on her customer skills. When I gave the basket back, as I know they have to go behind the till. I said thank you, and was grunted at by the young guy I have it too. What happened to the nice staff

A good little co-op which is handy to grab shopping. Never enough staff though and because of this it’s suffered with theft. Staff are friendly and it’s helpful they receive Amazon deliveries for pick up.

Parking is awful. Partly the fault of when it was designed / built and partly ignorant customers. Parking across junctions of roads and on the pavement. Certain builders companies (orange and grey van design, they know who they are.) feel they have the right to park completely on the pavement blocking access to flats. Been several close calls / near accidents.

The tall young lad that works evenings, always gives wrong change and when putting in win from scratchcards does not take the money off. Has happened a few times and didn't notice till I got home. It may only be a few quid here and there but it's not really the point. Not sure if he is pocketing the money or just doesn't pay attention but it isn't acceptable.

Attended the store yesterday night at around 8pm to find the manager on his phone outside the store. As we entered he came back into the store but chose to remain on his personal mobile instead of assist us on the self scanner that needed authorising leaving no available staff members at our around the checkouts. He used his headset to call a girl facing up from the back of the store to authorize who's attitude was pretty poor but deservedly so having to work for someone like this. Please address this, customer service is supposed to be the backbone of any good retail outlet!
