Friendly, spacious lots of items considering the mid size of the square meter. Tidy ans bright shop in Cambridge. Some great "take 2 items combo" discounts. I would not be buying watermelon slices her, as I preferthem from fruit store, also considering the price. But for those who just eat a slice or two- good option compare to none. Electronic cashier work well.

I went yesterday night and this Indian staff showed up very rude. He was speaking with a very thick Indian accent so couldn’t understand. And when I asked about vape flavour he said no don’t have which clearly I can see vape being sold. I asked him what flavour were there as I can’t see from far. He wasn’t happy and answer me rudely. Good thing sunak is out look at what he brought to this country!!!

This co op is unsafe for employees no guards for security of employees too. Anyone can come and talk rubbish or do nasty things with you.

Absolutely raging. I was instructed to go to a self check out, without being asked if I was paying cash or card. I didn’t see the small sign which had been written below the till which said 'cash only.' When I notified the clerk on duty, who directed to such till, she proceeded to yell at the top of her lungs at me, pointing at the sign in some type of demented, highly frightening craze, “DID YOU NOT SEE THE SIGN!?!?!” I am absolutely, utterly astounded that a staff member would speak in such a rude manner to a customer! Would give no stars if I could, not worth the chocolate twist.

I like co-op but I'm tired of constantly having to wait at the till because no one is there or paying attention to customers. Automatic lanes are blocked... Is it too much to ask that people are not only working there to refill stocks but also to actually make sure customers are okay? It causes useless queues.

Horrible customer service . No sense how to talk to customers. One staff Stopped us doubting we have not paid , but the way he stopped us and shouted on us and his behaviour was as if we are theif even without checking we have paid or not. Even after showing him the bills he kept shouting as if he is talking to theives. Our son got so scared by his behaviour . The staff kept has no training on how to talk and behave . If he doubted he has rights to check bills but no rights to insult and hummiliate publicly . Very very disappointed

the two times ive shopped in here the staff look fed up and like they can't wait to get me out as fast as possible. Simple things like helping me move large items out of the way to get to things is not happening. Instead they stared at me and waited for me to do it even when I had handfuls of shopping.

Just been trated rudly at the till. I was checking to have enough cash to pay before pay with card but the cashier start to be unpatient and suddenly called the next customer letting her jump intead of me. When i complained about i've been answered from the member of staff that he doesn't care about. That's the service the retail offer!! Really disappointed!!
