My very small dog suffers extreme separation anxiety when he is left alone. I was told by a very nice guy working there that if I held him in my arms I could enter the shop. No paws on floor etc and under my arm, I could purchase my shopping. I have therefore purchased almost every day from the Co-op but will no longer buy anything more from them in the future because I was told this evening he is not allowed….. why give permission and then retract it? People have dirty feet! My dog never touched the floor or left a hair as he is hypoallergenic. He used to love going to the CoOp and wag his tail at the till person whilst held in my arms. Well it’s there loss because my dog is welcomed in an abundance of other shops and the Co-op have lost all future purchases from me and my friends.

Made a Deliveroo order for my elderly grandmother as she can’t leave the house. They sent out of date bashed up bananas and bread that was also squashed. I called and the manager said the person who packed it has gone home which to me sounds like nonsense.

I’m very upset by the poor hygiene and daylight robbery taking place here. The individual who packed it I hope you know You have made an old lady very upset this evening and now she does not have any food. Shame on you.

It is good to have a grocery store open again in Chalfont St Peter, especially for the old people here who cannot drive to other supermarkets. I hope the community will try to use the store to help support it, and help those in our community who cannot easily shop elsewhere by helping it thrive. D Ives

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE TO RETURN EVRI PARCELS. I have been 3 times in the last month and the scanner has not been working and the staff have no idea why. Why advertise a service which doesn’t work just to entice customers!!
