Honestly the staff member at the kiosk (vanda) should find another job which doesn't involve customer service she was so miserable, I asked to be served and she looked mad & had an attitude, like do your job that's what your there for.

(generally) friendly and helpful service, sometimes they leave the staff without enough support to cover everything and haven’t put enough people on shift to cover checkout, self-checkout at same time - not fair on staff. You’d think after going in every day for two years the security guard would give me less weird looks by now too. Since new manager, stock ordering has got worse and many items that were good have gone entirely, and regular items (like Coop rice) often missing from shelves for a week at a time. Other than that, good membership program, generally good quality food. Please make sure all self checkouts working at peak times

Absolutely terrible,,, I've been to shop here 3 times and they are always missing essentials, like..
Steak, chicken thighs, leafy greens, just to mention a few..
When I've asked the managers about it, they blame "inconsistencies of the supply chain"...what a lousy excuse..Co-op is a poor supermarket and not only are they overpriced, but also have poor selection.

I was in Co op Wilbraham road, Chorlton today. I was trying to compare prices on the shelf when I was hit by a York wheeler being pushed by two guys. The first guy apologised, the second guy told me to get out of the way. I replied I am trying to do my shopping, he made a comment then moved past me. I have worked in supermarkets myself and would never dream of asking a customer to move, I would have simply waited. You need to train your staff a bit better or lose customers.

The majority of the staff are very kind and friendly. The shop has many items to offer, especially given its size. By and large, items are restocked well and the shop is good quality, so much so that I frequently shop there. The opening hours make it particularly useful and given their range of stock they have been somewhat of a lifesaver at times.

For some reason the staff of this store appear to think it’s OK to close before the official posted closing time and refused allow me into the shop to serve me. I arrived at 9.55pm they’re not supposed to close till 10pm, these guys were off the premises by 10pm.

Thank you Linda for dealing with our enquiry. I called this morning as we were missing items on our deliveroo order. She dealt with it really quickly and we recieved our missing items promptly! Hand delivered by her!! 👍

Imagine my horror at 7.15 am on Tuesday watching a member of staff putting out fresh croissants with bare hands, no gloves or tongs to be seen.
From a hygiene point of view this would be alarming under normal circumstances but wholly unacceptable in the current Covid climate.
This was the Chorlton branch
