There is a 50 ish female assistant who is obviously not happy doing the work she does & is quite openly rude & has been for as long as I can remember. Today she blanked me when I asked her a question, which she had obviously heard then was very short when she eventually answered & didn’t even bother to make eye contact.
I actually dread going in the shop when I see her & will, in future go to New Mills Co op, where they are helpful & kind.

A staff member in this place snapped at me for not thinking to put my shopping basket on the checkout counter. I'm autistic; what can you do?

I'm through with being treated like a loser because of my disability. I'm not a loser, I have feelings, and I deserve the same level of respect as everyone else.

Actually the worst co op I've ever been in, rude, empty shelves and what is on the shelves is either on the turn or has couple hours max

Nice local shop for those essential things. Staff always pleasant. Well stocked store for it's size. Parking sometimes difficult.

Handy convenience store in the village. A reasonable range of products and opens until late in the evening. Also has an ATM which given the long opening hours of the shop makes it a useful asset for obtaining cash given the lack of a bank in the village.

Quite easily the worst customer service anywhere. Don't go there unless you're about to starve. Never have fresh produce. Very rude staff. As a result, I won't be going there again.

The treatment I received from one of the staff members in this store was terrible. They snapped at me just because I didn't think to put my shopping bag on the checkout counter. Disgusted.
