Went during closure (for refurbishment.)
"Open again on 3rd December " the sign said on the door.
Rolled up on the 3rd.,still shut.
Website says open,but no,still closed.
Waste of fuel and time.
Went on the 4th..,all change!
Found the spirits, locked away in a cabinet.
Ring bell for assistance,then wait around..
To stop theft I was told.
Once handed my drink of choice I could've just walked out with it anyway! Fools..
The spirits were behind the till before!
Unstealable! All the cashier had to do was turn around and grab the drink of choice!
And the new glass screens,can barely get the basket to fit through.
It's Earl Shilton folks,not The Bronx...
Plus the covid hoax is a long time gone,so no need for all that amount of what looks like bullet proof sneeze guarding.

Not a bad place to nip in if you're desperate for milk or bread but that's about it.
All the staff seem so miserable here, with the exception of one guy (Asian, sorry don't know his name, but he's ALWAYS got a smile on his face and interacting with customers).
Have lost count of the number of times queues have been massive for the self checkouts and kiosk with only one member of staff serving and the others nowhere to be seen.

Lived in the village for over 10 years and shop there regularly. Went in today with motorbike helmet on, no signs saying that they are not allowed and was asked to remove it. I had a tank bag in my left and so I pointed out that I wouldn't be able to pick anything up to buy if I remove it, was offered a basket! That would really help. So I went to the Premier store in the village, no problems there and very nice staff unlike this backwards place.

Good shop if you need something instantly, but not good for weekly shops. Very overpriced and fresh fruit and veg is not the best quality. Even when they reduce items like bread and cakes, its still more expensive than buying normal priced products in other stores.

Still a bit pricey compared to other retailers. Good quite often with ready meals, some meat offers and veg but overall about average or just above. Nice wines and beer selection usually which helps. Staff are always lovely which warrants 4.

Local and used for a number of items during the week if I run out or something I forget to get when on my weekly shopping trip, they have some good deals on as well which are pretty good and as a member I can save up with my membership card and use it whenever I want or need

Worst supermarket I have been to. One cashier on the till and massive queues all the time. Self scan is beyond the joke, not working properly and no staff to help, been waiting for help for over 15 minutes, few times just left my shopping and walked out, ridiculous.
