The young female staff members can be very ignorant and often spend time having personal conversations with customers that they know or other young staff on shift. The young staff member called Hollie can be quite rude and I have seen her quietly mock other customers staff once. I am very pleased with the installation of the self checkouts as now I can have a quick stress free purchase.
Though I must praise the most of the adult staff who are very friendly and efficient, especially the security guard who always has a smile on his face.

The staff work hard but shockingly understaffed with queues every single time. Prices are very high. Sheer greed from Co op with lack of staff and prices.

Staff are lovely and friendly but not enough of them in on a morning as queues are always very long and there are trolleys all over the store where staff are trying to fill up the bread, dairy, etc but are having to leave them to go and serve the customers. This then makes it really difficult for customers with pushchairs or wheelchairs to get around.

That younger girl with blonde hair and glasses can be very rude..how did she even get this job, she has no manor's, she talks to her male colleagues while you're waiting to be served. She will walk away when you're standing at the counter. She never smiles or acknowledges you while serving. She would be better in BNMs.
I can understand the price hike in here due to theft from the store..and the bouncer on the door could be more polite to people instead of treating everyone has thieves. A theft can only to be seen as one when you leave with out making payment. Not for taking time looking for items that you want that could be cheaper.

Hi I think this Store very expensive the Prosecco is double the Price anywhere else and it Horrible Prosecco . And I say the old security Guard chooses not like me and my mrs for some reason because he’s ignored us few times this is why I think he don’t like us. He’s talked to everybody else happy enough. And one of the other workers I can’t remember he’s name but he’s Got no hair say 0 haircut I say he’s doesn’t do he’s job properly. When we had to wait out said we went in after few peoples came out and wasn’t by the door and after we walked pass the entrance to get in he told us to get out and we said to him well someone should be at the door at all time and he’s said he was but clearly he was because how come we walk in so terrible workers them 2 in my opinion

There's not much choice at end of week cos shelves aren't replenished 3 times I've been in and no fresh bread or vegetables
