Seems really odd/poor for a small local like this to close at 4pm on a Sunday 🙄🤔

Add in the fact all week they’ve had a hot cabinet full of tasty looking delights and on a Friday lunchtime when I decided to treat myself to a hotdog it’s completely empty. Really annoyed 😑

The only coop I've ever come across that has it's own hours unlike every other coop store that's open 6-10 every day. Has a cash point that never seems to work and the store doesn't do cashback even when it's faulty (again, unlike every other coop I've been to) this is even more frustrating given that it's the ONLY cash point in the village. Why exactly does this store have independent operating hours when it's the only store around? Infuriating is an understatement.

What a horrible shop. Gone seriously down hill over the past few years. Have been using this "local convenience" for decades but really noticeable how shabby its become particularly over the past few months. Dimly lit. Boxes strewn on every Isle. Badly stocked shelves. Overpriced. Staff are at best useless, unhelpful, observed rudeness to customers, and there is one particular member of staff that would do well spending time down the hygiene Isle. The coop a little further up the road is much better and prehaps because they have a little competition. Sooner this place gets a change of ownership or even better gets some competition, the better it will be to better serve its community. Going to avoid from now and the sooner other people start to avoid it, the sooner we will get a local convenience store to be proud of. Shame on you CoOp for letting this store go to pot!

Has a real issue with kids stealing alcohol. Seems almost daily. Nothing has changed so management clearly can't be bothered to do anything about it. I feel bad for the kids working in there, they often aren't trained properly and left on their own to deal with 14 year olds that know they can get away with it cause no one will do anything. Needs security or at the very least adults that are willing to step in.

Today 21/12 around 1 pm I bought few items from the shop and I had such a horrible experience( not the first time but I try to give few chances before to give a bad reviews) whit the guy in the till, is always the same young boy, such a horrible manners, never say hi, never say thanks, doesn’t even speak when people talk to him. If you are not happy to do your job just change it mate. Happy Christmas

Excellent service, well stocked, convenient location.

The air-conditioning was a relief when I visited on such a lovely hot sunny day, there was such a wonderful selection of sandwiches and cold drinks, amongst other things, that I was spoilt for choice but I managed to get a Ruben, a flapjack and a Mango Medley Oasis for only £3 which was just what I needed.

Thank you Co-op for such a refreshing break from such a wonderful day.

Newly refurbished, self checkout tills, carpark at the rear and give 1 percent of profits to local charities/organisations. Also reasonable selection of goods. Couldn't ask for more from a local shop.

Even better after recent refurb. Very helpful staff especially Tascha who pointed out some great in-store reductions. Very handy for the train station and a craft beer place over the road.
