Not sure who manages this place but they seriously need to sort it out, basic necessities are constantly out of stock the fridge and freezer are always broken they get fixed for a short time then break again so hardly any fresh and frozen products so cheap they won’t even replace them even when their prices are borderline extortionate and not even great quality anymore nothing like it once was in coop stores.

Staff were passive aggressive towards me and my Mum whilst trying to check out on Saturday the 30th of March. Lied about their policies and admitted to listening into our conversation that we were having as we were walking around the shop. We both were made to feel very uncomfortable and felt ganged up on by the staff, leaving us both very angered over the situation.

I love this place. Ive been unemployed 4 months and just wonder around and see whats in, usually buy something on clearance… cha ching. However the freezer and fridge is always broken but thats life just go to lidl.

Staff aren’t bothered. Ques are long.
Also although it says it’s a DPD drop off for packages under 1m x 1m and the package is under that they will refuse it just ‘because’.
Worst example of coop I’ve seen.
