everytime something gets ordered from this place either a few things are missing or they just arent what we ordered at all

This shop has a perennial problem with rude ignorant staff behind the counter chatting away on their headsets to others in the shop while completely ignoring the customer being served. Weak management unable or unwilling to sort it out. Not even a word or a glance to the customer at the till. Despite umpteen complaints from residents over the years about this disrespectful behaviour both to the managers in person and online here it continues. Sort it out COOP.

The staff are a joke they do nothing but talk to each other, while ignoring people. Please put staff on the till that are old enough to sell you items without calling the supervisor every minute.
The shelves are badly stocked it's like north Korea in there.

I think it's amazing that this store employs so many special needs staff. So waiting around while they talk to each other and ignore customer's is a small price to pay.

Think the supermarket from Hot Fuzz or the Pub from Shaun of the Dead. Never properly stocked, majority of staff spend their time taking to eachother or friends on their headsets. It's a pretty dismal excuse of a express food store.

Co op in hurstpierpoint no good at thunderball. Just been in to do tonight's thunderball (Tuesday 15th February 2022). 2 lines for tonight they reckon is £8. This happened last week. Not a clue even filled the slip in where you pick your own Numbers.

Could be much better as not many staff around to help if needed something and when there is they are quite rude towards you however nice little local shop prices are reasonable and it’s clean
