Very rude staff, they always look miserable every time I have been in there. They never move out the way for you and just grunt at you when you need help at self service. Think the manager needs to send the staff on a few customer service courses!

I left my wallet at the till after making a last minute purchase ( 18/6/24) I went back to collect it after 10pm. The store was closed but the staff reopened the store and returned My wallet that they had kindly looked after. The two girls and the young man were incredible kind, although they were finished for the night and wanted to get home.

Great stocked shop, very convenient products

But most of the staff are garbage.

Trying to bag up my items and one staff member is in the way chatting to the member behind the till. Which is very so I can’t bag my items.

Also got a loud mouthed blonde member of staff shouting and swearing at 7:30 in the morning when school kids are in there. Perfect display of customer service. Also slagging off other members of staff calling them names at ear level.

Trying to pay for products at the self service and having to wait an age to confirm my age. It’s alright, I don’t have stuff to do today, happy to wait 🙄.

unmanned tills so have to chase down staff saying is anybody serving? Otherwise I’ll serve myself.

Don’t bag the items for you like Tesco do. It’s little things like that make Tesco more better.

The shop itself is great. Most of the “Staff” need a course in customer service.

Teach your staff how to pack a bag. What Wally puts bread and cake at the bottom of a bag then loads cans on top...or for that matter fills one bag with heavy things when told use as many bags as you need?

Tried deliveroo here a few times, problems EVERY time, from cancelling the order because they don’t have the items they list, to wrong items packed, and items missing. How hard can it be to find even the most simple form of common sense in staff, it really isn’t that hard. Bunch of incompetent fools running this place.

Much better since refurbishment, come here often now. Parking bit of a pain sometimes so loses a star but not much they can really do about it.
