I love this store and all the members off staff apart from one. ANDREW he is rude, bad mannered and has treated not just me but two other family members like dirt. How he has the right to treat people this way I'm not to sure. To make this store perfect he needs removing. He is the only one that doesn't make my experience at the store a pleasant one.
A shout out to the rest of the staff for being so pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Cannot get an order right….. asked if they could replace out of stock item with a substitute told them no as I hate replacement but they sent it anyway!

Love this store. It's in a really convenient location, good parking, not over priced (in fact we can't find Peroni cheaper anywhere else) and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. We use it all the time.

The car park can be a little difficult but apart from that, this Co-op store is excellent. The staff are brilliant as they are all so helpful and friendly. It's not a large store but it's well stocked.

I've just visited your food store on Talbot road in Hyde. Not the best of visits to the new store. The velvet toilet rolls which are currently on promotion were out of stock. The Christmas bay was patchy and bare. 3 kick stools littered the store waiting to be tripped over. Upon purchase I used the self serve where I was able to purchase a bottle of fizzy pink moscato (co-op fair trade) without any staff members around and without the need for the machine to authorise the transaction. If it was that easy for me to buy an age restricted product I can't imagine how easy it would be for someone underage to do so.

I went into the Talbot Road store as I do every day and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful but I have to say a massive thank you to SHAZ for her help yesterday she was absolutely amazing and literally made my day thank you so much you really are an angel
