The post mistress is the most rudest person I have ever come across!!! Full of attitude and unwilling to help, had 4 minutes left of her shift to count my money and she was complaining and had the cheek to say to me ‘that’s your problem not mine’ !!!! SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is my preferred place to shop. The staff are very helpful, humourous and customer focused. There is good stock and range even through lockdown they've worked hard to keep people safe and well informed of shop rules. Thank you coop Ivybridge (both shops are brilliant).
