Staff constantly talking to each other even when serving you. It's extremely rude when you're speaking to them and they ignore you and continue their conversation on their headsets. They stand around chatting to each other in the isles and you feel bad trying to get past them as well. I don't think they should stop talking to each other and being friendly with each other but it's very unprofessional when customers need something and they act like you interrupted them.

The lady with the short blonde hair is quite rude, atmosphere is bad here aswell staff seem to socialise alot. A few staff are friendly and polite though. What's most annoying is waiting in the queue the Muslim members of staff will open a checkout for other Muslims and close it when done, you'll ask and they will make an excuse.

Staff are becoming increasingly more carefree, especially the new younger staff. Hot items are always left out well past there display times without a price reduction and when asked if they can knock the price down at the till to what they should be, they claim they can’t do it. (older more friendly staff have done this in many occasions)
This time the girl currently on till then still scanned the out of date item at full price and tried to charge me for it!
Never a smile or any hint of customer service from these new girls, I’ve watched them stand there and watch older customers struggling to pack there bags with big cues behind them with only one person in the till and their arms crossed. Really not happy with recent service at this co-op

Staff are useless, ignorant and stand around pretending not to notice the massive queues. The male staff act like teenage girls, are consistently rude and get stroppy when asked simple questions like, "Is the cash machine working?"
Shops up Braithwaite have better service.

Not enough people on tills .
You are always queuing and by the time another staff member comes (which is at least 5mins) your annoyed.

Ridiculous service, but the Staff are nice

WAY over priced. Staff always talking on those weird headsets that they wear. A few times i've been in and till staff couldn't serve me as they didn't know how to scan my bill cards/letters. Rubbish. Oh.. and the shop lifting going off in this place is a joke you can clearly see who is doing it as well. Get it sorted. Area manager should be contacted about this.

There's something weird going on here. The amount of times the card machine is down and it's cash only is very strange. I never experience it in any other co-op, and other local residents/businesses don't seem to have the same problem constantly.
