These guys just never picks up phone when I place order online. I tried calling them 5-6 times but no one picked. They substituted my cheese rolls with blueberries muffin and I have bad allergy with blueberries. Last time my friend ordered and they sent some mix muffins as substitute of a product and it was not mentioned that it had blueberries but it did and I had a allergic reaction to it. Luckily I just had a tiny bite. If you guys are not going to pick up phone they why do even have one. 🤬

Incredibly expensive, not a great selection, and staff consistently close the store 20-30 minutes every night. There's even been times they've closed it 1hr or 1.5hrs before they're meant to.

Good local supermarket, with a decent range of products despite it being a small store. Make sure you get your Co-op membership card/ sign-up online, as it saves you £ & gives you vouchers. Friendly staff too 👌

Nice store but has a consistent problem with closing before 11pm (as it states it will be open till) i’ve come to coop at 10:20 and it’s been closed. one time i came at half 10 and they closed the doors in my face even though they were meant to be open for another half an hour. i understand maybe 5-10 minutes before close but not 40!!! There never seems to be a day where they are open until the official time. it is not acceptable to be shutting out customers every day before closing time. change the time you will be open to if you can’t be bothered to work the extra 40 minutes

Was really happy when the shop opened as it was close to home and handy to have it opened for so many hours .
However, since then day by day getting more and more disappointed.
Restocking is never done in time and shop runs out of the most elementary products daily.
The Costa machine gets broken so often that it is rarely used and if you want to pay cash, well that’s your bad luck as there is no one at the till ever unless you ask for somebody to come
Opening hours are from 7 but the shop rarely opens at 7 on dot so if you’re on your way to work and in a rush you’ll have to do without whatever you wanted to buy as surely the shop is not opened on time( that’s especially on a Sunday)
Overall, the start was good but the quality of service has decreased drastically to the point that I rather go a bit further than having to deal with another dissatisfaction

They just expanded to Just eat and I thought would be a really good way to shop for small items last minute. I placed an order today and they accepted. Put delivery time back about 6 times well over an hour and half and then just cancelled it.

No explanation, apology or reason, utterly useless service, waste of time and would never recommend anyone use that service with this store

The store is run by people that are just miserable and treat regular customers like thieves. This makes the store very unpleasant to be shop in. I have had a few that displayed offers don't appear don't checkout.
