Extremely rude staff with terrible customer service skills. Some of the younger staff are actually fairly polite - there are a couple of older female staff who have worked there for a long time who set a terrible example because they are curt, rude and unhelpful.

Another issue is that there is NEVER a member of staff on the tills. Every single time I have to walk round the aisles to find someone to come to the till - and this is usually met with a reaction of annoyance. Why is there not a buzzer or some other system to ask for someone to come to the till? Is it seriously the norm to have to do a lap of the store to find someone who works there and ask if they could possibly come and take my money off me? It’s particularly unhelpful for someone who has mobility issues.

It’s not my fault that the store’s self service tills don’t accept cash and also don’t allow you to scan magazines. So yes… I will need someone to come to the till please! Change these two things and I will happily serve myself every time - it would be a much less stressful experience than the staffed tills.

Really convenient shop for when we need a couple of things. Generally has a bit of everything, or suitable alternatives when something is not available. We also really like that they collect plastic bags for recycling - thank you!

I go here all the time as I live just around the corner and the staff are either no where to be seen, rude or clueless - and I say this as someone who is not a difficult customer. They don’t upkeep the stock, i honestly don’t think there is any management of the store, and the self service tills are extremely faulty. Needs serious improvement.

I bought a vape from them today and the vape had some wired taste in it and it was nothing like the falevour I ordered and I wanted to return it and the staff said it's not a problem but when the the manager came he refused to change it and I asked him try it yourself and he refused and gave attitude. Not a good customer service at all.

good place but i did once see midgies on the fresh croissants so do with that as you will, but a good place for locals but make sure you have a lot of money lol

A useful local community shop and is generally well stocked. They finally installed a bike rack near the door, albeit a design that's not suitable for cargo bikes or for bikes towing trailers for kids.

Great store, lot bigger than I thought it would be. Plenty of choice. Lots of chilled and frozen foods. And a good selection of wines and spirits. Plenty of offers on too. Free parking outside and a cash machine on the outside of the building. Also good opening times. 7am-10pm every day.

Good clean store. Friendly, helpful staff. Good quality food, good selection fresh ?. Nice wines. Tiny bit more expensive than some other ' convenience ' stores but I'm ok with that. Handy .
