Many empty shelves, unprofessional staff hanging behind the counter ignoring customers, chatting away like a mothers' meeting. One of them was even sitting on the floor. Do better!

This is a good Co-Op store, stocking a range of bakery items, chilled food, and everyday essentials. The prices are similar to other Co-Op Food stores, with even better prices for those who opt to be Co-Op members. The store always seems to be well-staffed, and the queues are never too large. The store is not the largest supermarket in the area, with a large Morrisons a couple of minutes walk away in the Merrion Centre, but this store is in a handy location near the First Direct Arena and the range of restaurants on Merrion Way, and it generally seems to have what I need in stock. The staff are always friendly, and the atmosphere of the store is good (with nice high ceilings and good lighting). I hope this branch remains trading for years to come, unlike some other branches of Co-Op in the area.

When you pay, beaware the staff may return less money than the actual fee. The staff is not honest.

Went in 5 minutes ago searching for Oatly yogurt. They only have alpro coconut or alpro soy. I asked Sadie, and she took me around the store searching for other oat product that could be a good substitute. We couldn't find an oat one so I ended up buying the coconut one.
She recommend that I go on coop's website and ask for them to carry the brand; and handed me a voucher with instructions on how to request this.
11/10 friendliness and customer service skills for Sadie. Many thanks for going the extra mile!!
