Waited forever at the till while eryla just plodded then I asked I just want to pay with cash and she insisted I wait for the self service. She could have just jumped on the till. Terrible customer care skills. Well done co op all my future purchases will now be down the road at Tesco.

Decent Deals, but rude staff.
Packaging was broken for a alot of items.
Staff left equipment out that took up whole isles.

Unsure of name of staff member, maybe ersla, or something, but she was very rude to me as well.

I go here a lot and never usually have issues. However today at around 9:30am the cashier on shift at the time barged into me whilst going to help the other customer on the self service till next to me, she didn’t even apologise or even acknowledge what she had done despite it nearly knocking me over due to my heart condition and hypermobility. Absolutely disgusted.

Made to wait while the till was being set up. Surly that’s supposed to be done before opening. Staff are rude and unprofessional. If you ask them a question, they look at you like do you mind I’m working. Prices are ridiculous high as there the only shop on the estate. I’ll continue to shop at Tesco, far better prices and staff.

Great little co-op, good prices and a wide range of products, the staff alwsys have a smile and a friendly face and it's a great atmosphere and very easy to either run in and quickly grab something or to spend some time shopping around!

The bakery goods are fresh and very nice and also quite cheap for how nice they are!

I went into the store on the way home from a wedding to pick up some food on the go. I'm coeliac, so I asked whether they do gluten free sandwiches. They didn't have any, but the lady I asked has offered to make me sandwiches on tje back if I pick up some gluten free bread and ingredients. I was truly touched, it's so hard to grab food on the go that's gluten free. This was great customer service, keep up the good work!

Just joined the coop club and use rewards, offers etc. Saved £1.25 but sadly when comparing with Asda I could still have shopped for another £2.00 less ! However I do like food shopping there and it's all good quality so I will continue using the store
