One of the poor service & laziest staff ever. Lady on the counter busy on her mobile ignoring customers standing in the queue, as she decided to serve you can't hear what she is saying then she can't open the bags. I am sure she is not trained just there to pass her time.
Friday midday busy time & staff service 0

I went in the morning yesterday at 8am and No large cups for the Costa machine also no 4 pints of blue milk on the shelf all empty. Bakery had no bags and I had to ask a staff member to get it which she did. When you go to pay and there is no one serving so you are waiting there and Total Shambles here.

I have visited here whilst going to Bushmead Community centre. A standard co-op. No complaints. Parking in the area can be tricky at times but not a major problem.

Terrible service! Started off all fine, asked to collect a parcel, was told to wait for nina, so I waited 5 minutes for her. She told me they no longer do parcel collection (dispite my parcel being delivered there that day) but asked for my name, I gave her it. She went out back and after 3-4 minutes came back out, walked straight by me and talked to what am guessing is either a family/friend and other members of the public about how earlier they got robbed.

After another 10 minutes another member of staff went out back to look for my parcel and she confirmed it's there but said I still had to wait for Nina, so after another 5 minutes she came back inside the store and said "oh yeah we don't do collection" then I said "how comes the item was delivered today then" she lied to me and said it wasn't (I have clear proof it was) after this she said the machine to scan it was missing, it wasn't it was right it front of us and then continued to lie and said it doesn't work and walked off again without letting me talk. I waited over 30 minutes just for a conversation that would of took 5minutes.

People may say well why did I wait so long, I don't like being disrespectful, I have worked in retail before and I understand the pressure but I wish I did say something did now.

This was disgusting service! I still don't have my parcel! Maybe if she spend more time doing her job instead of gossiping to customers about how the store got robbed and cared to the customers maybe this place wouldn't be such a let down...

A tiny store I felt but had the food we needed or just about. service was decent with a semi awake cashier which always helps! Needs to better stock variety. Also Google maps needs to improve the directions to the front of the shop rather than the back.

Clean shop. Well laid out and accessible with self checkouts available. Good little bakery section with daily deliveries. Larger convenience store with prices to match. Quite a bit of free parking nearby.

I don't really like the co-op, I find they are overpriced and their own brand food is of poor quality. This particular branch is however conveniently located and there is parking outside though sometimes the complex can be busy. The last two times I visited in the evening I was forced to use self checkouts as there was no one manning the tills. Wheelchair accessibility should not be an issue

Basic things are out of stock normally. Example no eggs or bread. 10am now and no fresh bakery or anything, empty shelves. Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrison's and Lidl already having a fresh bread and croissant every single day. "Ridiculous"
