A great store with everything you need and more - Loads of choice as well as really good items that you do not find in the nearest competitor. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Went up to the counter was greeted by a young woman who looked me up and down like something she stepped in. Didn't say hello or thank you or goodbye. Discussting custermer service.

On my most recent visit I received no words of welcome from the disinterested young woman at the till, was told the price of the item I was purchasing with no 'please' attached and had my change plonked down on the counter with no 'thank you'. While I appreciate things are difficult during the ongoing coronavirus epidemic it's no excuse for what amounts to just plain rudeness and treating customers as though they're little more than an inconvenience is hardly the way to run a business. Sorry Co-op, but I will be spending my money elsewhere in future.

Went in and bought a faulty item in the morning, returned to the same chap in the evening and he wouldn't even replace it. I'll never go there again!

Great customer service. However, There are hardly any vegetarian and no vegan alternative meals available. No vegan burgers, sausages, wraps or sandwiches. Quite disappointing
