Stock has improved slightly and new self-checkouts are good, but overall is still quite poor, things constantly missing, considering how expensive everything is you'd think it'd be better. Prices do seem to have shot up again out nowhere and its getting so bad, the most simple things are now insane prices.

There was briefly have a security guard but not a very consistent presence and doesn't seem to be around anymore, in the last few visits I've seen people brazenly stealing several times by scooping things into bags and just walking out.

It has improved a lot in the few months though, the staff are nice and work hard, it's a good place to go for quick basic items, just be prepared to sell a kidney for them if they're even in stock.

Great choice of products but rude staff behind the till woman who is there every time I go never ever smiles. Male manager with grey hair so busy running about juggling his steaks in ridiculous pvc boxes couldn't be bothered to help with an issue at the till so I had to leave and go to another store.

Good selection of gluten free treats. I avoid the fresh food section. Their fridges are always leaking. Otherwise good for picking up your fave snacks. Lots of sweets if you fancy chocolate or sugary treats.,

2 very miserable male staff. Very unhelpful. And quite frankly rude. Ask for help, got told no. Wow. No customer service skills whatsoever. Maybe they don't like early mornings, or maybe they got up on the wrong side of the bed, either way, I won't be using this shop again. Luckily there a few other convenient stores nearby.

I can’t believe that I have just been into the co op in palace Avenue and there were 4 people walking around with no masks. No staff member asked if they were exempt and while in the queue, a special policeman came in and walked around and still nothing. When I got to the till, I mentioned it to the cashier and asked if people were stopped, only to be told that” no dear we can’t afford to and staff have been abused for asking “. If people think they can get away with this, Covid numbers will keep rising and we will be in lockdown again.
