I popped in here late at night, desperate for petrol. The staff were brilliantly, especially Michael or Matty, who filled my car with petrol.

It was almost 11pm but the place was very busy with plenty of staff stacking shelves. I think they get deliveries late at night.

They stopped doing LPG , which is the cleanest fuel available (especially now we have BioLPG that's renewable), safer to the engine than E5 and E10 petrol - non-hygroscopic as opposed to E5 and E10, also over 110 octane, which prolongs the engine life. Whole Europe is resigning from electric cars (due to their total carbon footprint and emissions of production and huge risk of fire - now we clearly know), but the UK goes back in time again and wants dirtier air and more fires , which means even dirtier air 😉 well done ? haha . Another naive and stupid station which goes electrification way and then gets slapped with million pounds insurance premium for tripled risk of fire. Great job, co-op. First Evesham, now Cirencester. Shocking, I can't believe the stupidity.

Perhaps the rats running across the car park were deserting a sinking ship as this is probably one of the dirtiest services available. In fact I’m not sure what service you’d be appreciative of.

From the mess in the car park, the freely roaming rats (in broad daylight) or the most unhygienic toilets and smell imaginable.

Fear you won’t make the next services - just do it and if you pee yourself, you’ll still smell cleaner than these toilets.

Just not worth it

WARNING fuel cards not accepted.

For some unknown reason this shell petrol station doesn't accept any fuel cards. They really need to get this sorted ASAP!

I normally stop at the Co op on my commute to work. Some of the staff members are very friendly and alway say hello. But there is a particular older chap “Grumpy Smurf” that is normal in there during the early morning shift. His customer service is absolutely Shocking he will never greet you, and when I do greet him first he will never answer you. Like I have have done something to upset him. And everything seems to be a great effort for him..Like getting of his chair or asking him a simple question..
I mean being polite doesn’t cost much right? It’s goes a long way no matter what age you are.
His attitude this particular morning really annoyed me after being a good mood. Maybe some extra training in customer service would help. Or have we now gone away from that? Correct me if I’m wrong.

Went in early this morning. Two members of staff stood in the doorway jumped out the way when I came in, no hello or morning just stared at me made to Feel like I was a criminal going in, I have to work during this virus too but it doesnt mean customer service needs to go out the window. The man on the till looked like death warmed up (possibly the so called "grumpy smurf" as mentioned in other reviews) no hello I had to say hello first. No bag or anything offered. Terrible service. Would give zero if I could.

THE most disgusting services toilet I have ever seen. Poorly signed to start with, I had to ask where they were. The sign said vacant, but someone was in there. When she came out, it said engaged. Poor upkeep.
The floor was one giant puddle. I had to explain to my child she had to walk slowly as we didn't know what it was ?
No soap, and no sign that there ever was soap. During a global pandemic where handwashing with soap is the number one recommended thing to do, no soap is absolutely disgusting.
