Well stocked shelves, friendly staff, good parking. I like this shop as it's local to me. There's a good range of products available, with usually more than 1 brand for each product. Never had a problem with quality food is always fresh.

Don't use pay point!! code got accepted but nothing topped up refuse to refund or reinstate a new code apparently can't do nothing i have to ring pay point what a utter waste of time won't be back here again 😡

This store is even more expensive than other Coops I've been to. The automated tills are always broken and the normal tills are always understaffed because the management have all the staff restocking during busy times, rather than employing more people during quiet times. Stock levels have always been out of whack long before Covid, essentials are constantly disappearing for weeks as head office plays "magical shelves" with stupid promotions nobody wants. Many of the more proficient and friendly staff have now transferred away or left the Coop chain entirely.

I now opt to walk the 2.5km round trip to Tesco Express if at all possible.

The staff is very rude and not bother about the coast machine.

They still fail hygiene and machine is firty

I told the manger need more sugar, cap of the stock in long time.

Lovely store. Good range of food items. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh and good range. Even stocks fresh herbs. You may pay a little bit more, but that is convenience for you. Bonus it stocks fresh bakery products.

i had been looking forward to the coop opening for a while and for the last few months its been ok at best, however now there stock levels are terrible. they never have basic stocks and i know there excuse is that its because of COVID-19 but in reality it has nothing to do with that, it is purely down to poor management and very disappointing stock controls. i am sorry to say that i have started going down to sainsburys or tesco as i am fortunate enough to be able to, many others don't have the choice. this needs sorting out or the coop will end up the same as the old mcolls shop and closing due to lack of customers.
i hope this doesn't happen but if you employ old mcolls staff you get old mcolls problems

Today i thought lost my purse at Grange way rushden store,
Hours later my husband went to see if I had lost it there, they were so helpful checked there safe and camera footage and even though I had not lost it there but found in my car many thanks for your help and patients
