Bins constantly overflowing.
Dogs regularly being brought into the store by customers, with the dogs sniffing all over the fresh produce. Disgusting.

Just been in today ( 17/8/24) to get soemthing for tea, saw the 2 pizzas and icecream for £5 deal, then got speaking to a lovly memebr of staff with black hair. she informed me of the free movie offer. she was very helpful and very polite. Great credit to customer service. sadly i didnt get her name but i would like to thank her for her help. even if i did forget to pick up the recipt for the free movie ( after being reminded by her 2 time ).

again many thanks to her and her very positive attitude 🙂

very disappointed as I went for the £5 freezer deal... all my granchildrens favourites.... they hadnt got 2 of the 6 items! young man was helpful (hence the 2 stars) and went to look for me but hadnt got them and doesnt know when they'll be back in

Came into Sandy Lane, first visit and struggled to find a nice wine, Nigel advised me of a nice wine and helped me with the rest of my shopping, he went above and beyond and is an asset to the store

Staff continue to stack shelves or hide in the back even when a queue is waiting, considering they stack shelves so much their stock is always depleted poorly managed, the only way to get their attention is to call for assistance I've never been to a more poorly run store.
