The staff are fine, they do their jobs well. But the store is too small for the demand of the area and the automated check outs are too loud, too disruptive and motion sensored so if you walk past them they all trigger leading to multiple messages overlapping at the same time. I'm neurodivergent and it's massively overstimulating and makes it a poor experience.

I understand that staff need to be able to hear if customer's require assistance however i've had experiences where I've needed age verification and no staff have heard the call meaning i;ve had to seek them out directly. So what's the point in them? staff have headsets they should be given an alert through that. It makes a shopping experience horrible.

just visited no staff to be seen.. wanted to cash a scratch card.. picked up my 3 for 2 groceries went to the machine.. first machine messed up then need auth as I bought an energy drink. staff member can't even get behind the counter. walked out. utterly useless

Not the best.. not enough staff and self service machines that seem to find a fault with a lot of products. Small aisles filled with people gawping at rubbish on the mobile or blundering around. Not sure what has happened to the guy who was on duty at 530 this evening.. used to be friendly.

laughably terrible, if you want to buy anything that requires age verification then good luck as you’ll be waiting at least 10 minutes (and you’ll need to do loops round the store to find a staff member). and they wonder why this store gets robbed so much!

Has to be the worst run co op in UK. Stock management atrocious. You'll be lucky if there's a basket left when you come. Rude, incompetent staff who look at you like something they've stepped in if you dare ask them a question. And if you need help at the self checkout you have to chase a staff member around the store to get help. Absolute joke.

Rude staff. No one at the till on a Saturday evening. Finally after roaming around the store looking for someone, a blank faced miserable girl appeared with the manners and charm of a dead fish. Seemed really annoyed to have to do her job and actually provide some customer service when I asked for something from behind the counter. Grumbled into a headset to a colleague. Hostile and unpleasant. Won't be back.

The cashier charged me more then expected and before I could question it using the receipt she tore it up in front of me. Therefore i do not know if she ripped me off or the items were mislabelled. Either way a bad experience so be careful when paying in cash because this store takes advantage.
