I had this for lunch today little did I know it contains nuts . Only posting for anyone like me who obviously wouldn’t have this information as it’s not exactly well advertised the back of the package does state it contains nuts but I obviously rushing haven’t seen the back or took notice and ended up in a&e.

The manager and staff in shop seemed to think the small writing on the packaging is enough to be safe for people to know it contains and is contaminated with nuts I understand it’s not something they make themselves but as someone with a nut allergy I don’t feel I was taken seriously about the severity of having a nut allergy not helpful.

And there is no notice near by stating that there may be nuts in these products…….worrying considering people use this as a grab and go fridge on lunch breaks if your in a rush it should be more clearly stated.

Popped into this store to get milk for the office. The one member of staff behind the til was not interested in helping any of the customers as was too busy on the phone. She walked/turned away if you approached the til, so used the self serve tills. Only for the light to flash and need assistance. Me and another gentleman waited for someone to come over to assist, while the girl behind the till desk did her best to ignore us and carried on with her personal call. I said 'excuse me' to her and she just huffed out loud, typed something in and we were able to use the self serve tills. Why she chose to ignore us, was totally rude to customers and acted as if it was a big imposition to do her job. This was at 1.35 today, so management might want to check who was on at that time and have a polite chat about her attitude.

Multiple times this shop has been closed 1-2 hours before the listed closing times. After walking over at 9.30pm on a Saturday night the lights were already off and shutters down despite it having a 11pm close time. Would not recommend visiting past 8pm for this reason...

All Workers are really nice, the have most of the stuff you need, but it's right next to a highschool and playground so if you go there between school kids going and coming from the highschool then you will meet some mean kids thinking they own the place.

This store closes a lot earlier than the times advertised. I submitted a complaint to the coop website, and they didn't ever respond. Wasting people's time, and in some cases, fuel, is wrong. If you want to close at 2100 instead of 2300 - fine - just advertise it so.

Great shop friendly staff. Large range of gluten free/vegan items. Fruit and veg always fresh. Coffee machine and cash machine very handy.

The website states and I have been told in store that it closes at 11pm, but have regularly found it not to be open past 8:30pm
