Great range but terrible checkout experience. Lots of items half scanned but machine didn’t recognise they were ‘in the bag’. If a scan doesn’t work there is no way to remove it. Not enough staff. I’ve been scanning my own shopping for years and this was by far the most frustrating experience I’ve had. Would avoid going back.

This is the only large supermarket in seahouses it is a good shop, but some of the staff are quite rude, and it's always very busy, and the self-service checkouts are often broken or your left standing waiting for help

Bought fillet steak from this store today. It was awful absolutely no taste whatsoever. First and definitely the last time I will do that.

We've been using the co-op for the last 14 years at least the staff have always been very polite and nice when we've ever shopped there recently the gentleman that's on the counter of a mature age I think his name is biker or something like that his attitude to say the least is very rude we use the premises nearly every day
And it's not just us that are having a problem with him I have reviewed some of the reviews and it seems like other people have had issues with the same gentlemen
I'm not the type of person that leaves reviews for anything but I felt I was urged to do this because of his attitude I would go as far as to say he is bullying some of the other stuff in front of the customers please can you take the appropriate steps to make sure this doesn't happen as the co-op itself is very good and the rest of the stuff are always very nice thanks
