I use this store regularly and, although it could do with being bigger, I can usually get what I need and staff are always helpful and courteous. I have just been in this store and wanted to mention the young man on the till who helped me with my coop card. He was very friendly and professional - exactly what good customer service looks like. I hope he’s appreciated by his employer as service like this makes such a difference to the whole shopping experience.

This store is in a desperate need of a refurbishment, so dated and depressing when entering. Always seems to be short staffed and the staff members you do see are miserable and seem to not want to be there.

Hello all Sellindge and All visitors. I am Tony, One of the employee in this store. Its not always easy to keep up with demands and volume of customers. Work in shop is not JUST about refilling shelves and etc. Its a lot of office work, signing off things, checking a lot of staff. I understand there are better days and worst days. Always consider yourself in our position and what would you do ? We always try to be as much polite as we can be. Some of reviews are correct some are not as much. Always check both sides of story and try to understand. Thank you very much. 🙂 We trying our best to work deliveries, plus post office, plus refilling and a lot more. With Love your Tony.

I have never been so upset or appauled in my entire life. I had gone to convience store which is also a Post Office to send a small parcel which was the size of a pencil. Shock horror not so convinent as the Staff Member named Tracey was judgemental, rude, ignorant. I had arrived at 9:45pm when the post office closes at 10pm. When I had said Please could I send this parcel off to the other staff member who was on the till and he responded with "Oh sorry we closed today at Quater to 10 which is when we arrived, then I had said oh really okay, to which response from a little chirp in the background "Well you've had all day to send it off why come in now". Which I was shocked to hear and had replied with "How are you to tell me when I should come in to the store when it had stated that it closed at 10pm she replied with "I closed 10 minutes before you arrived because we were not sending off many parcels today" she then started belittling us with the same response so we said to leave it and pay for our groceries. Then we had left and I was making a phone call she was still in the store making comments saying "imagine leaving it this late" This was so unproessional and this is not the first time we have come into the store and she is disrespectful and arrogant, always pulling faces, judging people as they walk in, i am disgusted with this behaviour (Especially to say this is the manager of the store" A manager that can't manage. Clearly.

This is a little gold mine. Can get busy but product wise it has just as much variety as bigger coop stores. Excellent for a corner shop. Couldn't do a main shop there but needing top ups then look no further.

I popped in here for a drink and I was surprised at what was on offer in this quite small shop it a fantastic shop for the village it's in. the staff are very polite and very helpful .the shelfs were stacked up and not left empty like some other shops it's got a post office inside which is a bonus for the village .saves you driving into the town

Staff are great and lovely, but the shop appears to have a real issue with stock when it comes to refrigerated goods and especially milks. Quite frequently have a closed off empty fridge...
