They put substitutions in your order without confirming with you first and the price goes up by almost £ 10... Rip off what an absolute joke... Will not be using them again!

Great range of food . Bakery items are good but need to keep more on top of producing rolls and French sticks , usually sold out by midday.
Stop local residence using the customer car park as there own drive way!
Staff have always been pretty rude . Feed back given and still no change ! Even the new manager just pushing people through the till. There is not enough packing space for one customer per till let alone two customers !

Good little local store, if all the Vegetarian and Vegan food was in one place rather then spread out, it would help a lot. I tend to give up looking. Make it easier for Vegetarians and Vegans to find food and I will give it 5*.

Such a handy shop to have in the community, staff go above and beyond to help and does fantastic things for local charities and good causes! Always good to pop in for fresh pastries and a cheeky Costa 👍 keep up the good work guys!

When asked a question about employers shopping after work. why they wasnt wearing face mask told as wearing one if they are in uniform they don't need to so the next time I went ln a staff member comforted me and was very rude so said it's not ok that her for me to say anything. So I went in today and i was told i wasn't allowed to shop in there again by the deputy manager because they said I was being rude but all was asking a question and the staff member simmone was shopping not the staff member who was rude to me and they did not tell me how long I am banned for and other customers have asked the same questions thanks for reading my letter

This Co-op Is actively trying to deter the use of healthy start vouchers! i was told at times that i could only use one at a time witch is untrue, i was also told on another occasion that she had to put my veg & fruit though separately from my main shopping this its like there trying to shame customers that are using healthy start vouchers by showing them up in front of other customers!
