Great convenience store. Staff always polite and helpful. Wish it had more dairy free options. Just annoying when a workers van uses a disabled bay. Its very clear, its a disabled space. There is only 2. Shame he has been fined

Went here 5 minutes ago with my husband and my 4 years old boy. We did a self check out at the last machine on the right near the cashier. First time used it there, It was quite hard machine to use, keep failed to scan several items, we keep trying and follow what the machine instructions shown at the screen. And there was a staff from co op, a lady came to us and said very rude and loud to me, sounds shout at me told to move my hand from the bag otherwise it will keep beeping. I might didn’t know how the machine work, but I believe that’s the reason why she is there to help or assist nicely the customer. She can just come and said it in nicest way, instead of shout at my ears and being very rude. I felt sad, disappointed, disrespect about this.

Excellent selection of fruit/veg, frozen, fresh and bakery items amongst other usual supermarket goods for an 'express' store. Always found staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking. We use this store frequently.

This is a brilliant village store, for its size it has a really impressive range including fresh fruit and veg, in store bakery, food to go, free from range and Costa Coffee machine. The staff are really friendly and it's got a big car park with an hours free parking.

Doesnt really deserve 1 star. Rude staff, always have an attitude towards customers. Won’t be spending my money in there anymore would rather go to the local post office where I’m likely to get good customer service.

Nice shop. Plenty of choice and well laid out. They have several self-checkout tills as well as the peopled ones, so you don't have to queue if you are in a hurry.
