Quality customer service from all the co-op staff especially the young lady who served me tonight with a nice smile it's staff members like herself the reason I chose co-op as often stop off at shops but first time here tonight only downside didn't catch her name but merry Christmas and happy new year to everyone at this store and the wonderful store assistant who served me tonight

Would not recommend using their parcel services.

Staff are friendly but really need to sort out the way they store and handle parcel deliveries. Every time I've collected a parcel at this coop has taken at least 15 minutes because they cant find it due to lack of proper storage. The latest collection took 20 minutes and they eventually just admitted they'd lost it. Leaving me with no option to leave the store and try and contact Hermes to explain their mistake (which is impossible as there's no means to contact Hermes). Wouldn't mind if this was the first time, but always have issues with this Coop.

Co-op Totley were really helpful and good-natured in trying to find a lost receipt for me today.Even searched through recently collected rubbish, then kindly gave me a computer print out!! Very impressed!! Very good shop!!!!

They never seem to stock organic manchego, date nectar or hemp butter, which you would assume are Totley staples.
I have written to the manager about this obvious oversight

Extremely friend staff but…

you’ve lost 2 stars because you ALWAYS run out of organic milk!!!

I’ve left feedback for the manager twice but it still always happens.
