Extremely unprofessional staff, just witness Lauren screaming aggressively at a customer because she didn’t understand how to work the PayPoint system, and her manager indu seemed to think this was acceptable and normal behaviour. Both of these employees should not in customer facing roles!

Staff at this shop have a chip on there shoulder, I'm over the age of 30 with a full beard in my works gear and the small woman refuses to serve me and my work colleague for a bloody drink. My I'd has been sent off as I've passed an additional licence. Attempted to show her the photo with no prevail. Arrogant and rude. Formal complaint has been filed

Recently undergone a refurbishment which is an improvement. Situated in a busy residential side street, parking outside the store can sometimes be difficult. A car park is provided further up the road. For people who struggle to walk any distance this could be a problem. Staff are all generally helpful x

Went to buy a last minute valentine's card. Bought a very basic small card and was rather shocked at the £4 price tag. I'm not a skin flint but I think that price is a bit much
