Staff are friendly and it’s a convenient place to shop. Unfortunately as a wheelchair user parking is a huge issue as the majority of the spaces allocated for disabled drivers are occupied by scumbags without badges who are too lazy to walk. The shop management never enforce the parking restrictions.

No stars, this place is terrible, 1 poor lady on the cigarette counter who was pleasant enough bless her, no other members of staff to be seen. 8 self check out tills, only 2 working, 1 took cash the other card only. Massive queue and no one cared, no one helped, everyone hid, total apathy. Shocking glimpse of the future right here

Hello. Now I had an incident with an employee of the CO-OP store in Worle, Weston super Mare. I picked up a box of Ariel pods from behind the store with 4 pounds and another box in front of the cash registers with 3.50 pounds. The employee dared to take the merchandise out of her husband's shopping cart and pulled out of the basket. Initially she recognized the prices at her colleague at the cash register, then went to the back of the store and eliminated all the prices. I recorded the video that another colleague intervened.

Good small shop that the staff work hard in
A friendly environment for shoppers to pick the essentials up from with well laid out routes for social distancing
Douglas is very helpfully and keeps the customers moving through the store sorting any queries out as quick as possible
Parking can be tense but patience helps.

Staff are always friendly, great selection of groceries. Always has what I need. Post Office staff are a bit grumpy, but that's the Post Office for you.

Used the post office. Easy enough process and hassle free, however not well sign posted in store. Had to ask a member of coop staff where it was as first time at the store.
