Copmanthorpe Convenience Store

If I could give this place Zero stars I would. One star is too much. I have never met someone who works with people but has such a rude and poor attitude towards customers, I asked a simple question as to if my parcel had been sent as evri said it had not and was essentially asked to leave and was spoken to in such a confrontational a way that really made me feel tearful and upset when I left.such a confrontational owner I have no idea how you run a business this way. Don’t use this shop unless you want to be spoken to like garbage. This is in my village but I will go far out of my way to use any other store to avoid having to return to this shop - *edit* I think this store has now been bought over and the young girl and young man who work here now are as helpful as can be and really polite and lovely

I think it’s an awful little shop the cashiers are rude to you they don’t put effort into it I got scammed by there because my drink cost £1:30 and it came of my card as £3:50 I think it is an awful irresponsible store and I told everyone I knew not to attendthe store I left the store in SHOCK!!!!!!!!!!

One star is too much! I grew up in Copmanthorpe and my folks still live there, opposite the shops. I came to visit and stay over last weekend. I parked over night in the car park which I always do and this time I got a fine. £100 to park in the village car park! Who has the right to put this in place. I've heard on the grapevine this newsagent is responsible. I think it's disgusting. A perfect way to alienate locals and stop them going in the shop. Personally I'll be telling everyone I know and never, ever going in there again. Absolutely shocking.

Excellent collection, and super customer service, price all mostly price mark products so no comments for that, so excellent service .
