Can be alright, but also can be extremely busy it becomes stressful. Food quality for their fresh stuff never seems that great, can be some good deals but things can seem better than they are too! Be prepared to go in and come out with at least twice as many items you didn’t need. Food court food is good and nice and cheap

Very disorganised. Trolleys dumped everywhere. There's barely any space to move around. Staff nowhere to be seen to ask for assistance or report any concerns. The only good thing about it is the price of the petrol.

Big clean store don't seem as busy as Birmingham store. Has alot of choice and more than bham at times .

Overall, my experience at Costco was overwhelmingly positive. The combination of value, quality, and variety makes it a go-to destination for grocery shopping and beyond. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the benefits far outweigh the inconveniences. Whether you’re stocking up for a family or just looking for some great deals on higher-end items, Costco is certainly worth a trip. I highly recommend considering a membership if you haven’t already. The savings and experience are likely to delight anyone who enjoys bulk shopping and discovering quality products at unbeatable prices. Just make sure to bring a friend or family member – the more, the merrier when it comes to sharing those gigantic quantities!

Extremely crowded, way more than expected. Lots of food trails for tasting. From sausage to cakes to wine. Parking space was very difficult to get, I spent more time looking for a space than the time spent inside shopping.

Came in to the store today and had an issue with a product. Sarah spent a lot of time helping me out and was really friendly and polite. Went the extra mile to assist me and took her time. Made a stressful situation a lovely experience! Thank you.

Joined today, mainly for the cheaper fuel, but went to collect my membership card and have a look see. The staff at the door and customer service desk were all very friendly, helpful and extremely polite. Collecting my card was a quick process I showed them the email, as I had signed up online, and the required ID (my work ID and photo ID) they took my photo and handed me my membership card. The whole process only took a few minutes. Then I took a stroll around, you have to scan your membership card at the entrance (I was told that's to make sure it's your membership card you're using) the selection of goods is impressive and the prices are substantially cheaper. I noticed, for example, 1l maple syrup that is £16 on Amazon is £9.79 here. I then tried the food court. I had a hotdog for £1.50 but that includes a drink (that you can refill for free) and a double chicken sandwich for £4. something. The hotdog was okay but the chicken sandwich with tomato, lettuce and 4 slices of cheese was a bit of a disappointment as the bottom half of the bun was ice cold. But that's bound to happen when you only have 1 person serving customers, and there's always a queue several people deep) I guess. The lady was friendly and engaged well with all customers especially the children and was worked off her feet. Give her a pay pay rise and/or hire more staff is my suggestion.

Very easy access from main road. There are a lot of pumps. Therefore, even if there is a queue, it moves very quickly. Very well priced fuel!
