I have known this wholesale store for more than 4 years. And I shop here every month. For the whole family. Here you can buy fresh meat, vegetables, fruits and a variety of pastries and cakes. Also auto parts and tools. Garden products. But you will have to stand in line at the checkout, so when planning wholesale purchases, you should understand that sometimes you have to wait in line for up to 30 minutes. But I'm always happy with my purchases because every time I buy something new, even something I didn't plan to buy.

Sometimes I have to look for a free space to park my car. But if you don't want to stand in line, you can buy online. I bought a refrigerator and it was delivered right to my kitchen. Everything was packed in a new original box, after a cursory inspection, I plugged my new refrigerator into the power supply and it started working and has been working for over 6 months now.

In the store you can buy hot food pizza and various sandwiches and fresh juice. Or take it with you on the road. There is also a toilet for customers and I want to pay tribute to the staff for constantly maintaining cleanliness in the toilet.

Very busy. Always busy and the ques at the tills are a joke. Enough to put you off from entering the place. Without fail the place is heaving any time ,any day.
Great place for gluttons and large families. If you have a small family or just 2 of you not sure if it's worth coming here. Savings are not that big and intact sometimes your normal supermarkets actually come out the same or cheaper! The platters seem a good idea for entertaining.
Good choices and fruit and veg are good quality.
Bul buying at its best. Large sizes and volumes on everything.
Frozen section decent. Lots of options on everything.
The food tills at the end was just as bad. Overwhelmed with orders,taking order while the till closed. The drinks machine was out of order and causing chaos. Took 25 mins to fix. I only wanted a coke. No food. Was still taking drinks orders after it was not working. Some stupid kid was also pressing the ice and expending all the ice, so there was none left for anyone! My daughter spotted otherwise if I saw would have told him off!
Traumatic experience on the whole because of ques and wait times. Enough to put me off from coming for a very very long time but inevitable I will come again.
SORT OUT THE TILL QUEING PLEASE!

Very busy Saturday afternoon. Got a parking space very quickly. Quick and easy access to the store. Bought what we needed. Tills were busy, but again, a quick, smooth process.

Went for snacks, they now have self serve kiosk to order, be prepared to wait 30mins plus. Also, ketchup was empty. The food was nice & priced well, ordered hot dogs and a tuna jacket potato.

Very goid prices for basically every item. The food court is a must go. The jacket potato is by far the best.

I always get lost in the aisles of Costco. The sheer size of everything gets me every time. Great place to stock up on large supplies. Membership is cheap. As long as you need large post apocalyptic sized supplies, this place is amazing.

Some really good value products. Prices are x vat, so you can get a surprise at the till. I joined today, and if I had bought nothing, I'd still have enjoyed it and called it a worthwhile visit...

I tried to join online but it wouldn't accept my details. After 30 mins of trying we went straight to the store. We were able to join and shop immediately. Remember to have the right ID!

This Hayes Costco has good prices and staff are friendly.
However, if you are charging a membership fee, please ensure your store is clean, especially the area where people sit to eat.
Additionally, there seems to always be a lack of cashiers, so there are long lines that lead to conflict amongst customers.
