All Costco stores are the same which is good to a certain degree.

This store was very well organised, very open plan (or I think I just went really early) and clean.

There plenty of staff to help navigate to where you need to go if you need a specific item.

Wait time wasn't long at the tills. There was plenty of parking outside and of course the cheapest fuel in England was right in front of me.

Very good fuel rate and plenty of pumps which thankfully all worked.

Costco Leicester is massive! It has so many things, and it's perfect if you’re looking to buy in bulk, especially for snacks, drinks, or other wholesale stuff.

They also have a decent amount of halal products on the shelves, which is great.

But the food court was a bit disappointing—there aren’t many halal options to grab a quick bite, so that was kind of a letdown.

Overall, it’s cool for shopping, but they could definitely add more halal options in the food court.

Visited today as we always go to this store. Was relatively quiet which was good. I love the hot food but every time it's busier we struggle to get a table especially when I have a baby! People just park their trolleys in the bloomin way ! There's no place to really put them. Went to use the toilets and change my baby. The soap dispenser were all low and bins in ladies toilet were all full but I did tell a manager because no one seemed to bother telling.
As we finally got to the till I picked up the buy one get one free muffins, I got chocolate and the red velvet ones. The till lady said that the chocolate ones we needed to buy two I said I picked red velvet. She said they're not on offer. I said, well there's no sign saying that and plus I'm not going to walk all the way back just to get it! She didn't even call assistance and care to say sorry. My partner has to check she removed the price off our bill. The till staff there just work like robots and don't have any customer service!

Only for Costco Membership customer. Maximum 5 people including Costco Card holder are allowed with 1 membership card holder.

Have visited few times, Its hard to find staffs most of time, and even after finding a staff when you ask them they won’t have clue where that item will be. They would show me directions 🧭 and say May be you will find it there. Staffs definitely needs some sort of store walkthrough.

Some items in bulk is cheaper than supermarkets.

Fuel is cheaper than other’s fuel stations. You will have to travel and avoid peak times to avoid queue.

Entry Card Scanning and exit receipt check is mandatory.

Great location, plenty of parking and fair prices on items sold and fuel. Best place to get quality meat and veg in large quantity. Check out lines can be long so avoid weekend visits if you can. Same goes for fuel lines, be prepared to wait a while if you go during rush hour weekend times especially now with crazy fuel prices.

Really bad customer service. The staff members here are so lazy and unprofessional. They had a deal on the cupcakes and the cashier said it wasn't on the system so we told her it was on a sign and she called another staff member over and asked him if he could check and he said "No". She then said she didn't want to shout for anyone else, then asked what seemed to be a supervisor who also had no clue so we said we'd wait. Another staff member happened to walk by and she confirmed she'd just updated the deal. The lack of interest was shocking. The only reason they bothered to ask each other was because we said we'd wait and weren't leaving.

I used to go to Cosco but lately the hygiene there is not good. When you go to buy something to eat, for example pizza or hot dog, the lady who serves it never has gloves, it's disgusting! Of the people who work in the kitchen, only one person has gloves! That lady gives pizza to people and dips her fingers in it! It's disgusting and unhygienic! I told her today and she was still nervous! As I wrote, there should be more hygiene there!
