I had a fantastic experience at Costco thanks to Brenda, who truly went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for kimchi, and despite the store carrying thousands of products, she immediately knew exactly what I was referring to. She personally walked me to the aisle where it was supposed to be, and when we couldn’t find it, she took the extra step to check the system for its next arrival and even let me know which other locations had it in stock.

Beyond being incredibly helpful, Brenda was also an absolute delight to chat with. We bonded over our shared love for K-dramas, and her kindness and enthusiasm turned a simple shopping trip into a genuinely wonderful experience. It’s rare to meet employees who go out of their way to make a customer’s day better, and Brenda did just that. Thank you, Brenda, for your outstanding service and for making my evening brighter!

I’ve been going to the Costco in Manchester for about two years now, and honestly, it’s been great. I love the bulk deals – it’s saved me a ton on everything from food to household stuff. The store’s pretty easy to get around, and even when it’s packed, the checkout is usually quick.
Parking’s never been a problem for me, which is a relief considering how busy it can get. Sure, it gets a bit mad on weekends, but that’s part of the Costco experience, right? The staff are always friendly, and I’ll never say no to the free samples! Overall, it’s been my go-to for stocking up, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Cheers

I love having a wander around costco. They almost always have little samples for you to try their products, which is great. I love their pistachio spread, and also their maple syrup. They do great big packs of everything, really, from sausages and butter to toilet roll and wine. Some things aren't always cheaper to buy in bulk and you can get offers at other supermarkets. Alot of stuff you can't buy elsewhere they do unusual things, and it's always worth a look.

I've been coming here since 2023 and, despite a large number of customers, there is a really good selection of food options at the cafeteria, I really enjoy the pizza, the stock levels are high aswell. I highly recommend this Costco.

Phone signal is terrible and literally a dead zone for Internet access as well, ruining my shopping experience. Apart from that, checkout queues are typically very long and it is difficult to walk around when it gets slightly busy.
