Been to both Sheffield and Leeds costco and everytime we've been we've not being able to get the lazy garlic or the olive-pomace oil blend 5ltr.both are good quality and good prices,do you know when these will be back in store.

Love shopping here. Wide parking bays & lots of them. Cheap fuel (members only) Great selection of quality good from TVs & white goods to food & drink. Fresh meat, fish available. On site bakery too. Staff are always great & cafe is a must on the way out. I avoid weekends & bank holidays as they are especially busy!

Staff are absolutely amazing and so helpful. During my first visit to the store I struggled to get the wheelchair basket to fit my mums chair. Staff member Josh tried to help, so did his manager but to no avail, their solution was for Josh to help me take my elderly parents around the store at a very slow pace (sorry Josh). Josh was fantastic with us all, so patient and friendly, a really lovely guy, nothing was to much trouble. He is a credit to the store and his family, He was also a very good salesman I might add. Our thanks to Josh, his manager and the store for making us feel so welcome and not letting the disability become an issue.

The only good thing about Costco here is the parking, plenty of space for free parking. The building inside is like an abandoned factory, the layout is terrible with no signs for each section other than pathetic hot food near the exit. Customer service today was absolutely zero in particular the grumpy staff member in the computer area. I could feel the weird atmosphere there. Variety isn't that much though, minimum spending is £100 even if you don't have much to buy on the list. Weirdest part at the end is you have to line up and show your receipt to the man near the exit and wait until he finishes counting each items in your shopping cart then you are allowed to leave. Out of all, very disappointed and not a pleasant experience at this branch in Sheffield. I vote for Sam's Club instead and wish it had one in England.

The store is well kept, good variety of items as you would expect but the staffing levels are to low. It can take a very long time to get to a till. The queue has been half way to the deli at times

We went last week, earlier in the day and it was easy to park and quite enjoyable. This week we went a bit later and the car park was a nightmare. Idiots thinking they could move past parked cars that were abandoned and trying to tell people to back up so they could move forward.

A quality place to get your shopping done. It's not your regular supermarket and do not expect to come out with a £50 bill. Its called Wholesale for a reason. This place has almost everything you need and fantastic products too. The cafeteria there is quite different though. Amazing value for money and good food.

great trip out and the staff are very helpful especially Tom from the bakery. He helped us out with a birthday cake as we're not very tech savvy . Always has a smile on his face. Ques were small and we were in an out in good time.
