Just went into the shop a few weeks back and there was a young looking women and she helped me with the evri machine and she was so helpful and there was also another women blonde woman with glasses and long blonde hair and get were so helpful , helped me find the honey

On Wednesday 13th September I went into the shop to buy some hand gel, the lady gave me a very small
50ml bottle with HUGVA hand sanitiser on the front. She charged £4.50, I had to rush to catch my train the thought £4.50 for a 50ml bottle that's daylight robbery. When I used it, it was like water not gel. I will never ever use that Costcutter again.

I have never been served by such a rude person in my life! She was an older lady very abrupt acted like she was in charge, she does the business a disservice. Having worked in retail and customer service all my life and she is the most rudest person ever! My advice for a better harmony in store and therefore more customers is to offer her retraining.

I would put 5 but the old ladys with the white hair are very rude. Should not work with the public with an attitude and a sour face.
I work with the public for years and never had a complaint.
They need some training how to deal with the public or take a leaf out of the happy men that work there.

I do like this store. However as someone who is allergic to meat there have been a few incidents where I ask for a cheese and onion slice but get chicken or steak. Despite all having different markings.

Went in to pay my water bill this morning as i have been paying it here (on my bank card) for the last 5 weeks. The rude old woman behind the counter said to me you can't pay by card here. So i explained to her that i have been paying it for last
few weeks and she made out that i was lying. She then asked me who served me
previous. So i explained who it was and then she got even more rude. And said that the people shouldnt have done that . Disgusting customer first skills. You need to go on a customer 1st course. Shocking service

Been here a few times over the last few years, the men who work there always happy and helpful, it's a shame they wasnt there today when I was there instead I had a miserable old woman, who definitely treats customers like nothing, talk about the customers while they in the shop and so loudly that they can actually hear her too, shocking service, this woman shouldn't work in a customer service area, definitely needs to learn respect!!!
