Please update your online opening hours (google) just trecked 30 minutes to find it closed! It says 9pm online but store is closed at 8.40pm. Update your housrs please. Annoyed is putting mildly.

Massively overpriced I think they’re taking the mick now. Also unreliable opening times. Go to Tesco in wwh, a bit out of the way but at least you’ll know they’re open when they should be and don’t rip you off.

I don't use the Post Office anymore as staff are always rude. The shop regularly doesn't take cards, which is a bit useless in today's society.

Some of the staff here are brilliant, really friendly. It’s a shame that the post office is now at the front next to the counter, as it’s very confusing if you’re buying from the shop too which queue to use first, and then do you jump the queue to buy your milk if you’ve been to the post office, or go to the back of the queue?! The poor staff are frequently jumping from one queue to the other. The post office is also never open when it’s meant to be, so it’s frequently a wasted trip, but it’s always a surprise what unusual bits you can find in costcutter

Often difficult to park, Post Office often closed when it should be open 😡.. Too Good to Go orders always showing as available, but when ordered they get cancelled 🙄. I've taken my business elsewhere now. Been let down too many times.

I went in today to get a coffee which is to be fair normally nice when on the rare occasion the machine works. Today was no exception as the milk started to pour out the door and when I pointed it out to the man at the cash desk he proceeded to walk as slow as possible with 2 squares of blue roll to mop up about 2 pints of milk. There was no customer service whatsoever as in “it won’t be long” or any explanation to what he was going to do, I did ask him twice and he never answered me, he was more concerned in mopping up the milk. Then he asked another member of staff and tbh she was just as bad, didn’t have a clue what to do. Terrible staff.
I had to eventually ask should I just leave it as they were treating me as if I was invisible. I put my cup down and said “is this a guessing game” and left.
Got a lovely coffee at Tesco down at the beach. Needless to say I won’t return to cost cutter again.
Train your staff maybe on customer service. Diabolical

You go to the counter and your purchases are scanned and the assistant tells you how much don’t you think like other shops the price should be shown on the till forward so you can see before you pay
