If I could give this place a zero I would. Absolutely shocking the amount I've gone to drop a Hermes/Evri parcel off here and there's always one issue or the other. The final straw was when they asked me to come back the next day and there were apparently still issues. They might as well stop offering the service altogether as it's never working and they really don't care. Bunch of rude incompetent staff and I will never be wasting my time at this shop again

Not the friendliest or most helpful store. It is never pleasure to have to go into this store especially when you'd like to send an Evri parcel. Their printer never seems to work. When you come to pick up your parcel, without even checking, they tell you to come back the next day! When I ask him to check, my parcel WAS actually there!!! I now use another store. Avoid this store at all costs!!!

I would give 0 star- absolutely rude staff, will serve over 10 customer who came in after you, without apologising for keeping you waiting or asking if you’re ok to wait. Tell you to shut up even though they have an abismal system for Parcelshop orders and can’t find your order. They are listed as a package less Parcelshop store and tell you they don’t offer the service. They were going to withhold my goods and prioritised paying customers - even though they are in business with Parcelshop and getting money no doubt. They own a business but know 0 about customer service and manners at the least! Disgusted by both the behaviour of the men in that store - some people just shouldn’t be allowed to run businesses. Would they like it if when they go to shops to have the whole town served before them even though they arrived first? Definitely not. So what makes them think it’s ok to treat others like that. Clearly not raised right and money hungry.

Evri parcel system is never working. What is the point of saying you offer this service when 9/10 the machine is down. Particularly frustrating as I know a lot of people waste their time making a trip to the store only to be told the machine isn’t working “come back tomorrow” and when you go back the machine is still down. Useless.

honestly shocking, always a problem with Evri parcels and the two men that work there are rude and unfriendly. Almost act as if customer are inconveniencing them. I'd give zero stars if i could.

Always really friendly customer service.
As an experienced server, service with a smile doesn't cost a thing. I receive this each time I visit!

The store itself has a varied range of products available so no doubt they'll be able to adhere to your needs/wants.

Made a dedicated trip to make a Hermes return, only to be told they've stopped taking parcels by lunch time in a very blunt and unfriendly tone. The last parcel I sent from this location never reached its destination. Luckily I kept proof of postage. Avoid.
