I have bought items in the past from Cotwald Luxe and have been very happy with them. However my recent experience has been very poor. I bought an artficial stem which was descibed as silver, but when it arrived it is actually white with a sheen. I was told that I could return it would be at my own expense. Having paid almost £8 in delivery charges (which included an artificial fig and a bauble) in the first place, I was not happy about this at all. The item was not as described, therefore Cotswold Luxe should have paid the return postage.

We stayed at a cottage owned by Katie who also owns Cotswold luxe. Everything was quality. The cottage was absolutely stunning and the store at chipping Camden was amazing! So many top quality items at very reasonable prices with a service to match. Very very impressive.

WOW absolutely love my crystal lantern. I purchased the smaller of the two on the website and was pleasantly surprised at the size of this lantern. Looks fab on my fireplace. The item was very well packaged and was delivered on time by the courier. Will buy from Cotswold Luxe again in the future. Well recommended.

Incredible store, especially the new location. Beautifully laid out! We were in Chipping Camden for a week as part of our England vacation and had to visit Cotswold Luxe, we were there five years ago as well. And of course, we found something beautiful to purchase as we did five years ago! Katie was very gracious and arranging shipping to the USA for us also. Thank you again and will certainly stop in your store if we are ever in Chipping Camden again.
